GOVERNING DOCUMENTS
UNDERSTANDING HOA GOVERNANCE
Homeowner's Associations (HOA) are established by organizations that are part of a subdivision or a planned community. The HOA is made up of, and governed by, the community homeowners/residents through the Board of Directors, and is tasked with the responsiblity of making and enforcing rules for the properties, owners, and dwellers. The guidelines for operating the community is outline in the organization's By-Laws. The rules, regulations, and responsibilities of the homeowner are outlined in the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's). Here, you'll find these documents, and more, which are specifically related to Hidden Valley Foundation and it's sub-associations.
