Homeowners are now able to pay their assessments online with First Citizens (formerly CIT) Property Pay feature using the following link: https://propertypay.firstcitizens.com

Note: all routing and account information is used only on the First Citizens' secure banking site.  HVF does not have access to this information.

 

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS and OPTIONS

Homeowners have the option of making a one-time payment (download One Time Payment instructions) or registering for a User profile (download Register User instructions).

Note: By registering a User profile, Homeowners would be able to:

·         Setup multiple and single properties

·         Setup payment types for processing (e-check or credit card)

·         Schedule recurring payments

·         Manually submit one-time payments with saved payment information (above payment information and payment type)

  2. Association ID:  Listed below

                    

  3. Account Number:  Listed on coupon book (condominium associations) or statement (Hidden Valley Foundation) received via USPS.  Note that that this a new account number for your unit. 

If you have not as yet received your coupon book or statement, please contact the office for your account number if you want to make an online payment.
