Help us officially kick-off the holiday season by joining your friends and neighbors in the holiday tree lighting at Hidden Valley Foundation on Saturday, November 24th at 5:00 PM. This event will feature hot chocolate, snacks, do-it-yourself ornaments, outdoor tree decorating, and the official tree lighting for all Hidden Valley homeowners and their guests. Join us for the Snowflake Social as we celebrate the start of winter at the Clocktower Restaurant, on Saturday, December 1st from 6:30-10:30 PM.  We have revamped this event to more of a party atmosphere. The resort will be providing the following food stations: Meatball Bar, Nacho Bar, Salad & Veggie Station, Pasta Station, Cookie & Dessert Bar and Non-Alcoholic Drinks. Tim Roberts will be providing entertainment throughout the evening, so wear your dancing shoes. It is a cash bar, but we will be giving away free drinks to some lucky winners during the evening!  This is open to Homeowners and their guests. The cost is only $20 person.  This is an adult only event but see below for the “Frosty’s Chill Party!” Please RSVP at www.HVFToday.com by November 28, 2018.

Celebrate Frosty’s return at the children’s party located at the Yukon, on Saturday, December 1st from 6:30-9:30 PM.  The event will include chaperones to care for your children, as they get to do crafts, games and watch a movie. Dinner includes chicken tenders, hot dogs, curly fries, mac & cheese, cookies and drinks. The cost will be $10 per child. It is absolutely required by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Guidelines that all property owners shall have a permit before commencing with any structural or exterior change-this includes painting, pressure washing and sealing decks, roofing, new construction homes, additions, exterior modifications, and propane tanks which must have an enclosure. Drawings for approved styles of enclosures are available at the Foundation Office. There is no cost to obtaining an ACC Permit. The application can be obtained via email or fax request or downloaded from the website at www.hvftoday.com. You’re invited to the annual Holiday Champagne Brunch on Saturday, December 8th! The brunch will be catered by “Chef Mark’s Palate” and the menu sounds delicious! Chef Mark will offer:

• Omelet Station Eggs Benedict
• Crepes Quiche
• Breakfast Potatoes Bacon & Sausage
• Pastries Fruit
• Champagne Non-Alcoholic Punch
• Coffee Orange Juice

The cost for the Holiday Champagne Brunch will be $15/person. Seating is limited to 40 people, so make your reservations early! All reservations must be made with full payment by Saturday, December 1st. If payment is not received by this date, your reservation will be cancelled and those on the waiting list will be accommodated. Reservations can be made at www.HVFToday.com. Payments can be made at the Foundation Office.

The Social Committee has added a new event to the schedule! All Hidden Valley homeowners are invited to attend Happy Hour, hosted in a relaxed atmosphere in the South Ridge Center’s Great Room. Please bring your favorite beverage and some food to share, while enjoying a pleasant evening meeting and mingling with your fellow homeowners. The Social Committee plans to make this a monthly event, typically held on the first Friday of each month at 5:30 PM. Reservations are not required.
