Hidden Valley Foundation (HVF) is a non-profit corporation established in 1984 to provide maintenance and recreational services associated with the operation of the Hidden Valley homeowner community. It is a master homeowners’ association, also managing three condominium associations, all located within the Hidden Valley residential community. The property totals approximately 1,700 acres with single-family homes, townhouses and condominium units throughout.
Set in natural surroundings adjacent to Hidden Valley Resort, and located in close proximity to numerous State Parks, hiking trails, the Greater Allegheny Passage bicycle trail, and other outdoor amenities, the year-round community affords access to a rich assortment of services and activities that contribute to the quality of living at Hidden Valley. The Foundation provides homeowner association services namely promoting the interests of the Hidden Valley community homeowners and marketing Hidden Valley nationwide to prospective new residents and property owners through a program featuring the Foundation's logo with its "Mountain Life is Calling" invitation.
Hidden Valley Foundation’s assets include heated outdoor pools at both its South Ridge and Highlands centers; tennis courts; children’s’ play areas and playgrounds; outdoor basketball courts, multiple picnic areas, and many walking paths. Wi-Fi is also accessible at the South Ridge Center and the pool/picnic area surrounding the Center. The South Ridge Center also provides a meeting/activities room, a library which operates on an honor system, and administrative offices for the Foundation.
