2026 Hike Ligonier

Join us for a Fall outing to the lovely little town of Ligonier. We will meet at 10:00 at the Foundation parking lot and carpool or caravan 30 minutes to Ligonier, taking a scenic route and hoping for perfect fall colors on the way. Once we’re there, we’ll walk the flat gravel path, about 1.5 miles each way (3 miles total), learning about Ligonier’s railroad history along the way. After the hike, you’ll be able to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and ice-cream stores in town or visit the historic fort. All ages are welcome. Wear sturdy, closed shoes and bring sun screen, insect repellent, and trekking poles if you like.
