2024 Pumpkin Carving

Grab your pumpkins and meet us Friday, October 18th at 6:30 under the South Ridge Center Pavilion to carve them up!!  We will provide all carving materials; you just need to bring your own pumpkin to carve.  Pumpkins will be judged the following day at the Fall Festival for prizes.  We will have goodies and refreshments.  Please register by October 17th.

2024 Scarecrow Contest

We need scarecrows.  Get those creative juices flowing and enter for a chance to win some great prizes.  We need homeowners to create and make a Scarecrow to enter into the contest.  You can use any materials that you like and bring your scarecrow to the Foundation Saturday, October 19 between 10:30 and 11:30am.  We do not provide any supplies.

Please register to be entered in the contest.  Once you receive a number you will assemble your Scarecrow in the designated area (playground area.  Homeowners will have a chance to vote for their favorite Scarecrow during the festival.  Prizes will be awarded after the Trunk R Treat.  Please only register one name er Scarecrow.  No registration deadline.  Please provide yourself with enough time to get your Scarecrow set up before the festival starts at noon.

2024 Fall Festival

We will be hosting our 4th Homeowner Fall Festival, Saturday, October 19th for all Ages!!  The Fall Festival will be from 12 pm until 4pm at the South Ridge Playground and Pavilion.  We are planning another great event, and it will be rain or shine.  Music by Tim & Stacey, Petting Zoo, Food Trucks, Fall Crafts & Games for kids, Scarecrow Contest, Vendors with Crafts, Wood Carvings & Sweet Treats, Rusty Musket Distilling and More!

After the party is over, we will have Trunk R Treat around the community from 4pm until 5pm.  There is no registration required for the Fall Festival, but you do need to sign up for the activities.  Please sign up for the activities that apply, Scarecrow Contest, Trunk R Treat or Trunkers.  Let us know if you have any questions and hope to see you there.

2024 Trunk R Treat

After the Festival, Saturday, October 19, 2024, it's time to get on your costumes and Trunk-R-Treat!! From 4:00-5:00 pm., starting at the playground, kids can follow the designated trail to visit the cars of homeowners and get treats!  We will have a map.  We need to have each child register to ensure enough candy for the event.  This is one of our most popular kids' events!  Parents do NOT need to register; we just need the CHILDREN registered!  Parents/Guardians must stay with the children at all times.  Please sign up by October 17th at hvftoday.com.

2024 Trunkers

These are the people that will make this event a success!  We need homeowners to volunteer to park their cars in the designated areas along the trail, decorate your trunks (if you want) and pass out candy!  You must register, so we can plan accordingly.  Come to the South Ridge Center between 2:30-3:30 pm (Snack Shack entrance) to get your spot #, so we can judge you!  Yes, there will be prizes for the 3 best decorated vehicles, so let's have some fun.  You will need to be set up by 4:00pm and provide the candy/treats.  Plese only register per car.  We will reach out a day or two prior to the event to give you an idea of how many treaters to expect.
