Annual Corporate Meeting

The Hidden Valley Foundation Board of Directors will hold its Annual Corporate Meeting (as required by the Bylaws and Pennsylvania corporation law) on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 6pm.  The meeting will be held at the South Ridge Center and also via zoom. 

At this meeting the Board will elect its President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer for 2024, establish a monthly meeting schedule for the first six months of the year, and conduct any other business as may be necessary to begin the new year.  The meeting is open for all homeowners to attend either in person or via zoom.
