Fall Festival at Hidden Valley

We will be hosting our 2nd Homeowner Fall Festival, Saturday, October 22 for ALL AGES!!!!  The Fall Festival will be from 12:00-3:00 at the South Ridge Playground & Pavilion.  We are planning our biggest event yet and it will be rain or shine!  Music by Tim & Stacey, Petting Zoo, Food Truck, Fall Crafts & Games, Scarecrow Contest, Fall Picture Area, Vendors with Goodies, Wandering Spirits and FREE Popcorn!  After the party is over, we will have Trunk R Treat around the Community from 3:30-4:30.  There is no registration required for the Fall Festival, but you did need to sign up for the activities!  Please sign up for the activities that apply, Scarecrow Contest, Trunk R Treat or Trunkers!  Let us know if you have any questions and hope to see you there!

TRUNKERS!!!!

These are the people that will make this event a success!  We need homeowners to volunteer to park their cars in the designated areas along the trail, decorate your trunks- if you want and pass out candy!  You must register, so we can plan accordingly!  Come to the South Ridge Center between 2:00-3:00 to get your Spot #, so we can judge you!  Yes there will be Prizes, so let's have some fun!!!  You will need to be set up by 3:30 and provide the candy/treats.  Please only register per car.  We will reach out a day or two prior to the event to give you an idea of how many treaters to expect.

Scarecrow Contest

We need Scarecrows! Get those creative juices flowing and enter for a chance to win some great prizes!  We need homeowners to create and make a Scarecrow to enter into the contest.  You can use any materials that you like and bring your Scarecrow to the Foundation Saturday between 11:00-12:00.  We do not provide any supplies.  You must register to be entered in the contest.  Once you receive a number you will assemble your Scarecrow in the designated area (Fence by the swimming pool).  Homeowners will have a chance to vote for their favorite Scarecrow during the festival.  Prizes will be awarded after the Trunk R Treat.  Please only register one name per Scarecrow.            No Registration Deadline they can sign up the day of

Trunk-R-Treat - Kids

After the festival it's time to get on your costumes and Trunk-R-Treat!!  From 3:30-4:30, starting at the Playground, kids can follow the designated trail to visit the cars of homeowners and get treats!  We will have a Map.  We need to have each child register to ensure enough candy for the event.  This is one of our most popular kids events!  Parents do not need to register, we just need the children registered!  Parents/Guardians must stay with the children at all times.  Please Sign up by Friday October 21st.
