Community Spring Clean-up Day

The event includes the opportunity for volunteers to help restore the community to its most beautiful condition after the ravages of winter.  Volunteer teams will take assignments for sections of our roadways and pathways to pull fallen limbs and branches, gather litter, and generally help clean up the community.  Volunteers working that morning will be provided lunch for which the details are still being worked out.

Arrangements are also being made for homeowners to drop off hazardous materials including paint and chemicals, to discard electronics, and to donate clothing to the Salvation Army.  Watch for details to be announced concerning the times and locations for drop-off of such discarded items.

The Hidden Valley Foundation encourages all those participating in the to practice the following safety precautions:

  • If you are sick with or tested positive for COVID-19, were recently exposed to someone with COVID-19, or just don't feel well, please do not attend the event.
  • Please practice social distancing.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the inside of your elbow.
  • It can be difficult to keep outdoor surfaces disinfected. Wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer when possible.

Your health and safety remain our top priority. Have fun and enjoy the event!
