We are pleased to announce that our Homeowner Happy Hours will resume Friday, June 26 and will take place every Friday starting July 10.

We will have to do things a little differently due to COVID-19 and the new rules.

1.  Happy Hour will be held at the Highlands Pool.
2.  Registration on the HVFToday.com website is required.
3.  Homeowners will need to bring their own chairs, beverages, and food.  It is recommended that you not share food, but if you choose to share food that is your decision.  It is also recommended that you social distance.
4.  Please take everything (including trash) out with you when you leave.
5.  There will be one restroom available for use.  It will have been cleaned sometime that day, however, the landscape crew may have used it since it was cleaned. All touch surfaces will be sprayed with Lysol before and after happy hour.

The summer season is coming to an end and what better way to wrap it up -  Join us for THE LABOR DAY PICNIC (combination of Luau/Pool Party and Labor Day Covered Dish) SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH!!!  This will be held on the playground/open area outside the foundation office.

The Social and Recreation Committee will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, condiments, potato salad, baked beans, macaroni & cheese (thanks to My Girls Deli & Catering), dessert, soda, and bottled water.  Feel free to bring fixins for your sandwiches, adult beverages and chairs since there are limited picnic tables.  JD and Cindy Ross will entertain us with live music from 5-8 pm.  Dinner will be served from 5:30-6:45 pm. Homeowners are asked to be responsible and dispose of their trash.

The pool will be open but food from the event will not be allowed in the pool area. The indoor bathrooms will not be open for event goers, however, portable potties with hand sanitizing units will be available for use. These units will be disinfected periodically during the event.

In compliance with COVID-19 restrictions, all food will be served by volunteers wearing gloves and masks.  PLEASE wear a mask when signing in and ordering your food while practicing social distancing at all times.  If you have not done so previously, please make sure you have signed the necessary Waiver of Liability and COVID-19 Emergency Response Acknowledgment before the event to speed up the sign-in process.

Please make reservations online at HVFtoday.com by WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 26TH so that we know how much food to purchase.  This reservation is for the picnic only.  It will not get you into the pool (that is a separate reservation).
