Get those rackets out and dust off the cobwebs! The Hidden Valley Homeowner Tennis Group will begin the season on Friday May 1, weather permitting.  All skill levels are welcome to play.  The group meets every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 AM. See you at the courts!

Pickleball

Enjoy Pickleball with other homeowners every Thursday morning at 10 a.m. on the Basketball Court at South Ridge, weather permitting.  Pickleball is open to all ages and skill levels and equipment is available in the Foundation Office.

Movie Under the Stars

Join us for our 2nd "Movie Under the Stars" at Hidden Valley's South Ridge Center basketball court on Thursday, July 2, 2020. Bring a blanket or your lawn chairs because this movie will be held outside, weather permitting. Just like a movie theater, the Recreation Committee will provide popcorn and drinks. Candy will be available for purchase. The movie will begin at 8:15 PM, so come early to set-up your seats. The movie will be announced at a later date, so please watch for future advertisements for this event. Please register online at the link below.

Pig Roast

Kick off the holiday weekend at our annual Pig Roast!  This year the Social & Recreation Committee will provide pulled pork, hot dogs, coleslaw, soft drinks, bottled water, a dessert, plates, and plastic silverware.  Come and enjoy live music or take your food home.  Takeout containers will be provided on request.

This will not be a pot luck dinner and tables and chairs will not be provided.  Due to COVID-19, the indoor bathrooms will not be open, however, portable potties with hand sanitizing units will be available for use.  These units will be disinfected periodically during the event.

Homeowners are welcome to bring their own chairs or blankets, side dishes, and adult beverages.  Homeowners are also asked to responsibly dispose of their own trash, either in the nearby dumpster or a dumpster near their home.

The Pig Roast will be held in the playground/open area outside the Foundation Office, not in the pool area as usual.

Flying Blind will entertain us with live music from 5-8 p.m.  Dinner will be served from 5:30-7:00 p.m.

July 4th Fun Hunt

Due to health concerns resulting from COVID-19, the Family Poker Run has been altered to the July 4th Fun Hunt. Please note: the Family Poker Run will be formally held later in the Summer. The date has yet to be determined. The July 4th Fun Hunt will start at 11:00 AM from the South Ridge Center basketball court/playground area. Participants will receive a map of the community that will indicate 7 stations. Participants can run, walk, bike, scooter, or use whatever means of travel they prefer to travel from one station to the next. At each station, participants will receive a surprise treat!  We recommend that each participant bring a bag or backpack that they can easily carry and store all of their goodies. At the end of the Fun Hunt, everyone will receive an ice cream treat. Pizza will not be provided as originally advertised for the Family Poker Run. However, the Morguen Toole Food Truck will be onsite for food purchases.
