Tennis Group

The Hidden Valley Homeowners Tennis Group will continue to meet every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 AM, weather permitting, at the Highlands Center tennis courts. There is no fee to participate. ACC Meeting

It is absolutely required by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Guidelines that all property owners shall have a permit before commencing with any structural or exterior change-this includes painting, pressure washing and sealing decks, roofing, new construction homes, additions, exterior modifications, and propane tanks which must have an enclosure. Drawings for approved styles of enclosures are available at the Foundation Office. There is no cost to obtaining an ACC Permit. The application can be obtained via email or fax request or downloaded from the website at www.hvftoday.com. For more information about the requirements for submitting an ACC Permit Application, please call Vickie at the Foundation Office (814.443.3001 Ext. 2).

Meet the Candidates

Hidden Valley Foundation encourages all of its homeowners to attend the Meet the Candidates event to meet each of the 2020 Board of Directors Candidates. This event will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 5:00 PM at Hidden Valley Resort's Conference Center. Each candidate will be given 3 minutes to speak on their own behalf about why they should be voted onto the Board of Directors. Following the presentations, homeowners will have the opportunity to meet with each candidate if they so choose. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
