The Hidden Valley homeowner and guest tennis group has begun! Watermelon Wednesday

Join us for Watermelon Wednesdays at the South Ridge Center Swimming Pool! Now that summer is here, mix and mingle with your neighbors and friends over a ripe and juicy slice of watermelon. Reservations are not necessary and there is no fee to participate!

ACC Meeting

It is absolutely required by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Guidelines that all property owners shall have a permit before commencing with any structural or exterior change-this includes painting, pressure washing and sealing decks, roofing, new construction homes, additions, exterior modifications, and propane tanks which must have an enclosure. Drawings for approved styles of enclosures are available at the Foundation Office. There is no cost to obtaining an ACC Permit. The application can be obtained via email or fax request or downloaded from the website at www.hvftoday.com. For more information about the requirements for submitting an ACC Permit Application, please call Vickie at the Foundation Office (814.443.3001 Ext. 2).
