Yoga 01.18

Hidden Valley Foundation is now offering pop-up Yoga classes! Join us on Saturday, January 18th at 9:00 AM at the South Ridge Center to participate. The cost is only $8.00 per class! Yoga instruction will be provided by Mystic Moonlight Yoga. Instruction will be tailored to meet the needs and ability levels of the participants. Participants are asked to bring their own Yoga mat. A limited supply is available for those who do not have a mat. Classes are limited to 15 people, so please register early! Registered participants will be accommodated first.
