2026 Pig Roast

The Hidden Valley Fourth of July Pig Roast - Dinner will be served at 6:00PM while Chalk and Erasers entertain us with live music from 6:00-9:00PM. The menu is: Pulled Pork, hot dogs, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans and mac and cheese. Dessert, iced tea, lemonade, water and coffee are included.  The cost is $10.00 per person 13 and older; $5 for children 12 and under.  Registration is required by June 28th. The event is limited to 300 people.  Each household is limited to 10 attendees.
