2025 Fall Festival

We will be hosting our 5th Annual Homeowner Fall Festival, Saturday, October 18, 2025, for ALL AGES!!!! 

The Fall Festival will be from 12:00-4:00 p.m. at the South Ridge Playground & Pavilion.  We are planning a spectacular event rain or shine!  Music by Tim & Stacey, Petting Zoo, Food & Hot Drinks, Glades Pike Winery, Fall Crafts & Games for kiddos, Scarecrow Contest, Photo Spot for Fall Pictures, Wood Carvings and More! 

After the party is over, we will have Trunk -R -Treat around the Community from 4:00-5:00 p.m.  There is no registration required for the Fall Festival, but you do need to sign up for the activities. See listed separately.
