This Committee oversees plans to sustain and enhance our natural woodlands setting and beautify our community through projects, oversight of landscape plans and plantings, and coordination of volunteer and Maintenance staff efforts.

The Finance Committee's watches over the community's operating and capital budgets, and advises the Board concerning investments and reserves, major contracts, financial plans and commitments of the Foundation.

This committee is responsible for overseeing the development of the newest Hidden Valley Foundation neighborhood, Green Tee.

The Maintenance Committee makes recommendations for the maintenance, repair, or improvements to the Foundation's properties and physical assets with responsibility to advise the Board on such matters.

Designs and executes and strategic plan for branding and marketing the quality of life of the Hidden Valley Community to all audiences.

This Committee seeks to identify, develop, and recognize volunteers and leaders. They also lead a process to secure nominations for the election of Class A directors to serve on the HVF Board of Directors.

This Committee, at the request and with direction from the board, creates, revises, and oversees rules and regulations for the use and enjoyment of all community properties.

The Social-Recreation Committees organize, sponsor, plan and host recreational and social activities for the enjoyment of community members and guests. The joint committee advises the Board as needed on all such matters.
