Hidden Valley Foundation is now offering pop-up Yoga classes! Join us on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the South Ridge Center to participate. The cost is only $8.00 per class! Yoga instruction will be provided by Mystic Moonlight Yoga. Instruction will be tailored to meet the needs and ability levels of the participants. Participants are asked to bring their own Yoga mat.
