Oldies Picnic
Saturday, July 23, SRC Pavilion and Playground area, 3:00 p.m.
“One Summer Night” LJ the DJ will break out his collection of over 500 vinyl 45’s of music from the 50’s to the 80’s so you can “Rock Around the Clock,” “Get Up and Boogie,” do “The Twist,” the “Cha-Cha Slide” or just enjoy “Sitting in the Park” “In the Still of the Night.”
LJ the DJ (our own Les Jones) will begin playing at 3 p.m. Dinner will be served at 5:30 and will consist of meatball sandwich or hot dog, choice of potato salad or assorted chips, tossed salad, assorted cupcakes, water, iced tea and lemonade. Feel free to bring your favorite adult beverages and comfortable folding chairs.
Make plans now to “Rock and Roll All Nite” on “Saturday Night.”
