Hidden Valley is a four seasons resort and homeowner community located approximately 60 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It is nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands in Somerset County, surrounded by 25,000 acres of State forests and parklands offering a serene natural setting just perfect for relaxing with family and friends.
Hidden Valley Foundation (HVF) is a non-profit corporation established in 1984 to provide maintenance and recreational services associated with the operation of the Hidden Valley homeowner community. It is a master homeowners’ association, also managing four condominium associations, all located within the Hidden Valley Resort. The property totals approximately 1,700 acres with single-family homes, townhouses and condominium units throughout.
In addition to these natural surroundings, there are a wide variety of recreational amenities available. Hidden Valley Foundation operates both the South Ridge and Highlands Center heated outdoor pools. The Highlands Center area also includes two tennis courts. There are two recreation areas, one located at the South Ridge Center and one located at Eagles Ridge. Along with many walking paths there is a tot lot which includes swings and a slide and two outdoor basketball courts. Wi-Fi is also accessible inside the South Ridge Center and a limited area surrounding the Center. A library operated on an honor system is housed inside the Great Room located within the South Ridge Center. The Center also houses the Foundation offices.
